The cast of the upcoming comedy "Friends with Kids," which explores the complicated journey of two best friends who decide to procreate and maintain their platonic friendship, gathered at The Standard on Wednesday evening for the film's after party.
"Friends with Kids" reunites "Bridesmaids" co-stars Kristen Wiig and Jon Hamm (see the actor friends being all cute below) and brought out the likes of Courtney Love, Judah Friedlander, and many more celebs sipping on vodka complimentary of their Grey Goose host.
Ed Burns, who also stars in the movie, attended the festivities. When New York Magazine asked whether he'd ever pack his bags and move to Brooklyn like the fictional characters in the movie, Burns had a surprisingly adamant response, "No." His wife Christy Turlington explained, "Nothing against Brooklyn. We just love New York; we love where we are in New York." Burns took it further, "And for me. I’m a bridge and tunnel kid. So the idea-the whole dream-was to get here. I’m not going back over the river, are you crazy?"
Hm, crazy? We're guessing Burns is thinking Jay-Z's ambitions to move to Brooklyn are outright ludicrous! Too bad for the rapper, prices are just too high to seriously consider it.
