After speaking for nearly four hours, Hugo Chavez, the prolix President of Venezuela, managed to put his Minister of Education, Maryann Hanson, to sleep during a cabinet meeting.
The South American leader is known for having a lot to say.
His weekly television program, Alo Presidente (Hello, Mr. President) -- in which he answers calls from constituents live and expounds on his latest policies -- runs for five to six hours.
