Radiohead's New Song 'Skirting On The Surface' Revealed In Dallas (VIDEO)

Radiohead

The ever-expanding Radiohead tour of North America continues, with precious new tracks dropped along the way. This time it's "Skirting On The Surface," or "Skirting," depending on Thom Yorke's mood, a track he's been known to play solo but that the band hadn't touched together. Playing with all of them in Dallas last night, Yorke described the multi-titled "Skirting" as "a song no one's heard yet," before launching into a Hail To The Thief-era buildup. As with "Identikit" and "Cut A Hole," the two reveals from the start of Radiohead's tour last month, fans were at the ready to record the whole thing. Check out the fanvid below.

Still a good band, but I'm waiting for them to release something up to the standard of "Ok, Computer" again.

You're one of the fans that Radiohead tried to get rid of by making 'Kid A'. I guess it didn't work.

'Ok Computer' was very good but I feel that 'Kid A' and 'In Rainbows' were much better.

Agreed. In 20 years, Radiohead will be up there with Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and other great bands. Like fine wine, they've gotten better with age.

I was there last night, they were impressive, powerful, and intense.

I really like their higher energy stuff. I wish one of the past three that have been on here lately was such.

I was always envious of my buddies who had cool older siblings, as I am the oldest in my family. My dad is super cool, and when I told him I dropped over $400 on tickets to bring his blonde youngest daughter to a rock show he was like "It isn't some sh*tty band is it?".

I've always loved Radiohead. They are one of the few bands that can still keep making great music as they get older. Most other bands completely loose it.

The great thing is, they've never 'sold out' for the money and started making radio friendly music. Thank god. The day I see them in regular rotation on MTV or radio is the day I quit listening.

They are completely ignorant of space-war tactics.

They need to play the Hollywood Bowl again. I'm upset that they're not performing in L.A. this tour. Coachella doesn't count. I don't want to sit through a day long festival to hear them play an abridged set.

Yeah, I've never been a fan of the giant festivals where 40 bands play. It's just too much. I like seeing one maybe two bands that I like. It doesn't make sense to go to a show when you only wanna see one band.

Ah...D.G. and Pink Floyd, now that was my best concert experience thus far.
Saw Radiohead as well, but I was new to them and the venue not so good...I am a huge Radiohead fan and will love them 'til the day I die.
