It's not trendy at all, it's always been around. It's an easy color to wear and looks good with all skin tones and hair colors.

Glad that coral is getting some attention this year. It has always been a favorite of mine in clothing. I really love when undyed coral is set into 14k gold jewelry.
The dresses are reallly eye catchers in the celebrity photos.

Some people call orange coral. Then some jewelry manufacturers dye coral red and it's ugly. True coral is almost a salmon color, not pink, not orange. Real coral will have lighter and darker striations through it.
I have always loved the coral color choices in flowers over the others. When you compare it to pink or red, you can see the difference.

Angelina looks thin, but Michelle Williams glows. She can't do anything wrong. I admire her very much, even though I didn't understand why she was picked to play Marilyn Monroe. Can't wait to see what she does next.

I adore coral, but it's not a trend and it's not orange, HP. It's also certainly not "enjoying an early summer" when most of the pics here are from 2009-2011.

Coral isn't the 'trend' color of the moment it's just a classic color. I can't stand the word 'trend' it's so corporate and geared towards magazine editors which need to sale magazines to pay the rent. Color is color and not trend.........

Coral is a lovely, sultry colour and can be worn in every season.

Coral is a beautiful color. Those ladies look wonderful. We can argue all day about who looks the best. But they all look terrific.
