'SNL': Jonah Hill Talks Oscars, 'Moneyball' In Opening Monologue With Surprise Guest Tom Hanks (VIDEO)

WATCH: Jonah Hill Gets Cocky

Jonah Hill may have been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor this year, but he hasn't let the recognition get to his head. In fact, he took some time out of his monologue while hosting "Saturday Night Live" this weekend to show us all just how humble he still is.

All week while the cast were working on the episode, Hill let a camera follow him around and film a mini-documentary. Whether he's asking for a soda or trying on some glasses, it's clear that he's still the same down-to-earth guy who won our hearts in "Superbad."

Then Tom Hanks dropped in for a surprise pep talk about how he deals with his own success. If only all celebrities could be so humble.
