Barney Frank and "rigid" don't belong in the same sentence-lol! I sure agree with his stance on this issue however.

"DeMarco is charged with protecting the taxpayers who bailed out Fannie and Freddie to the tune of roughly $160 billion." His job.

But Barney says he is "not taking into account the impact this has on the economy, and I think he should be more cooperative with efforts to reduce foreclosures."

He must have amnesia about his statements on the financial strength of Fannie and Freddie, the millions of dollars paid to the management of those great institutions and how great it was to have banks loan to people who they otherwise would not have in the name of "affordable housing".

He is repeating the same mistake again.
