This past September Leila Lopes became the first Angolan woman to be crowned Miss Universe. Since then the 26-year-old beauty queen has been busy fulfilling her "universal" duties.
But between traveling the world, supporting various charities and even hitting the Fashion Week runway Lopes found some time to chat with the Huffington Post about the stars who inspire her style, what it was like returning to Africa after being crowned Miss Universe and the words she lives by.
