Nikki Haley Asks For $140 Million In Tax Relief

Gov. Nikki Haley kicked off House budget week Monday by calling on lawmakers to set aside $140 million for tax relief.
Haley is trying to make her tax relief plan -- which includes eliminating income tax on businesses and reducing property taxes for manufacturers -- as crucial to attracting companies to job-hungry South Carolina.
