As women around the world rejoiced over the rumor that Eva Mendes and her beau of six months, Ryan Gosling, broke up, the gossip got us thinking about the other actual breakups that put celebrity bloggers into a tizzy.

There have been plenty in the past year, and quite a few among Latina actresses and singers. It’s only been a few days since Eva Longoria split from Eduardo Cruz. And not long before that, Twitter rumors of a Demi Lovato-Wilder Valderama reconciliation were put to rest.

I'd like to point out that the only actual Latino person in those pictures is Shakira. The rest were all Americans.
