Obama's Bracket For 2012 NCAA Tournament: President Picks UNC To Win March Madness (VIDEO)

President Barack Obama revealed his bracket predictions for the 2012 NCAA Tournament with ESPN's Andy Katz. Having already unveiled his Final Four picks, Obama put some extra pressure on No. 1 seed North Carolina by picking the Tar Heels to win the national championship.

"I'm just a sucker for the Tar Heels," he said. Obama also picked, and correctly, the Tar Heels to win it all in 2009.

Unlike last year, however, the president did not pick all No. 1 seeds to reach the Final Four. Obama picked two No. 2 seeds, Ohio State and Missouri, to make it to New Orleans. He picked UNC to defeat the overall No. 1 seed Kentucky in the national title game.

While his bracket may be cheered by swing state voters, it could disappoint some in the Beltway. Obama tapped N.C. State to upset Georgetown to reach the Sweet Sixteen.

He also went against his alma-mater, taking No. 5 Vanderbilt to the second round.

"I will be rooting for Harvard, but it's just too much of a stretch."

Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron got a taste of March Madness on Tuesday night, attending the play-in game between Western Kentucky and Mississippi Valley State, and they were in for a treat. The Hilltoppers pulled off an incredible comeback to advance to the field of 64.

Playing golf, basketball, reading off a telepromter, fund raising, running up the deficit, singing, and partying is all he is good at! How about doing what he was elected to do? Run the country! All his promises of unemployment not going above 8%, shovel ready jobs, health insurance premiums being lower, green energy. All things he said he would accomplish in his first three yrs. or he would be a one term President. Well guess what time is up. Don't let the door hit you on the way out!

Let me give you a hint, the president doesn't 'run the country". He's head of the executive branch, one of three branches of the federal government. He's not a King.

I think his pick of North Carolina is pretty bold, I am just not sold on them, but I'd like to see them win. Hopefully his pick is correct, plus, I hate Kentucky. I am an Indiana fan. I can stand UNC but not Duke or Kentucky.......................

It truly sucks for all of you that are negative about your President of the United States. It's going to suck even more when he's re elected, that is for you. If you don't like your President, then you can always move to another country that will let you express your ignorance, oh, there's not too many of them. I think it was wonderful for Barry to take time away from his Daily Basketball game with his staff and his busy Golf Game Schedule to announce this critical information to the country. We hear that he and Michelle are now going to spend the next few months rearranging the furniture in the White House. We can only recommend that they lean all of the mattresses up against and covering the windows so when we the people rebel about the madness of his reign they are somewhat protected.
