Abdullah al-Senussi, Gaddafi Intelligence Chief, Arrested In Mauritania

TRIPOLI, March 17 (Reuters) - Libya confirmed on Saturday that Muammar Gaddafi's intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi was arrested in Mauritania, government spokesman Nasser al-Manee said.

"Today we confirm the news of the arrest of Abdullah al-Senussi," Manee told a news conference.

"He was arrested this morning in Nouakchott airport and there was a young man with him. We think it is his son."

"He was carrying a passport from Mali," Manee added. (Reporting by Taha Zargoun; Writing by Marie-Louise Gumuchian; Editing by Sophie Hares)

This news is regarding the arrest of the Gaddafi's Intelligence man, but i fail to understand that the readers are simply throwing venom about president Obama, What Mr Obama has got to do with this man, why can't people post their comments pertaining to the topic. If Mr Obama has not come up to the expectations of people that doesn't mean that you can't find no difference between him, and this man who has been arrested. I find it highly immoral that on international forums people can write disgraceful comments about Mr Obama, without thinking twice about it. As far as this man is concerned i think before his trial or any verdict he should go through deep interrogation as he might be having a lot of information about all the ill practices of the former tyrant Gaddaffi---

I'm sorry but it was the Bush/Cheney administration that promised "We will win the hearts and minds of the Iraq people." They also promised that being Iraq was an oil rich country the would be paying the U.S. for the cost of that war. WE THAT HASN'T HAPPEN now has it. Egypt has not been set back they've always been centuries behind, the country in general is still in the stone ages and that entire region always will be.
