Judge Gloria Allred Learns What 'Making It Rain' Means

'Making It Rain,' Stripper-Style

"The Rainmaker" was a Francis Ford Coppola-directed film starring a young Matt Damon as a lawyer who takes a corrupt insurance company to court, but the term was used in a decidedly fresher way in a more recent court case. TV's Judge Gloria Allred got a brief introduction to "making it rain" in this unintentionally hilarious court case when the plaintiff -- "the rainmaker," if you will -- sued the defendant, a stripper, for the money she didn't return to him after he, yes, made it rain (dollar bills, we assume).

Judge for yourself whether the money should be returned in the clip above.
