'Mob Wives': Renee Talks To Her Son AJ About Safe Sex (VIDEO)

Renee Has Awkward Sex Talk With Her Son On 'Mob Wives'

Renee Graziano was trying to be the responsible parent to her teenage son AJ on "Mob Wives" (Sun., 8 p.m. ET on VH1), and so she started to talk to him about the importance of safe sex. But no kid wants to hear about these things from their mother, especially a son, and even more especially with cameras rolling. But Renee felt it was important to help protect him from the various diseases that might be out there.

He did his best to ignore her, and even chided her when she kept going on, so she finally wrapped it up with one thing she wanted to make sure he knew. "Most condoms are made out of latex, but some girls are allergic to latex," she explained. "Therefore, they must wear lambskin condoms. But lambskin condoms do not protect you from disease."

AJ explained that he already knew this, adding vehemently. "I'm not using condoms period," he said. Then, immediately realizing what that implied, he clarified. "I mean, I'm not having sex."

Renee had some words of advice for young people at home, as well. After all, she said, no one wants to have to tell their parents they caught something. "Do yourself a favor," she said into the camera during a confessional. "Protect your life, wear a condom, stay away from any girl who smells funny and any man who's got bumps on his d**k."

"Mob Wives" airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET on VH1.
