Less than a month after Chicago basketball legend Michael Jordan put his $29 million mansion on the market, the ex-Bull's ex-wife, Juanita Jordan, listed the couple's Gold Coast penthouse with Coldwell Banker.
The 8,000 square foot unit encompasses the 39th and 40th floors of 1100 Lake Shore Drive building designed by Chicago architect Harry Weese, according to listing agent Melinda Jakovich.
The main living space is hosted on the 40th floor, and includes 4 bedrooms and 5 full baths. The lower floor includes one bathroom, an office and a smoking room attached to the built-in humidor that features an independent air filtration system so MJ could enjoy his cigars guilt-free indoors.
On a sunny day, he could have also gone up to the private rooftop solarium and "sky room," which sits atop glass flooring to provide added light to the lower level and create a sense of "walking on air," Jakovich said.
With over 75 windows and a sweeping view of the city, the unit could make anyone feel sky-high, whether you've got Jordan's height or not.
