A Homestead bus driver is accused of raping a 4-year-old boy on his bus.
Noel de Jesus Cisne, 58, was arrested Monday, charged with sexual assault on a child under 12 by an adult. According to the arrest report, Cisne allegedly pulled his bus over Monday afternoon, pulled the little boy's pants down, and raped him.
Miami-Dade Police Detective Aida M. Fina-Milian told HuffPost that Cisne is a private bus driver and police are unsure if he is self-employed or works for a company. The location of the assault was not disclosed.
At a court appearance Wednesday, Judge Mindy Glazer warned Cisne to stay away from the victim before ordering him held without bond.
"He’s a private school bus driver. Kids," she said, wrestling with the decision before settling on keeping Cisne in a Miami-Dade jail. "These are allegations, though."
CBSMiami reports Cisne's wife said that Monday was the first day her husband, a father of three, had transported the boy, and denied that Cisne was capable of such an assault.
According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's online database, Cisne was not a registered sex offender.
