Mike Tyson And Rosie Talk Shared Love Of MMA

Mike Tyson and Rosie O'Donnell bonded over a mutual admiration for and love of mixed martial arts (MMA) on "The Rosie Show" (Weeknights, 7 p.m. ET on OWN). As many consider Mike Tyson to be one of the greatest boxers of all time, there may be some added weight to his words when he says Fedor Emelianenko is the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

It helps that he's not alone in that assessment of the now 35-year old athlete, who went undefeated for ten years. But he's no longer at the apex of his career, so O'Donnell and Tyson agreed that they're currently more excited about Urijah Faber.

Tyson laughed, calling him "the little guy" -- Faber stands 5'6" -- and saying, "He's so cute with the hair." For O'Donnell, she loved how relaxed he was during a fight. "They have him in the headlock and they have him in the crucifix, and he's just sitting there, like he's enjoying a night with a lady of the evening," she marveled.

The 45-year old Tyson admitted that he's far too old to do it now, but he would have loved getting involved in something like MMA when he was in his prime. Part of it could be for a love of the competitiveness of the sport, but he certainly knew a thing or two about its attraction to women. He talked about how the powerful people in ancient Rome got involved with the world of gladiators for jealousy at all the women the gladiators were getting.

"The Rosie Show" airs weeknights at 7 p.m. ET on OWN, but will be wrapping its run next Friday, March 30.
