'Black Love' Wedding Announcements: Matthew and Erica Paul (PHOTOS)

Matthew and Erica Paul were married on March 10, 2012.

The bride, 28, is a bank manager; the bridegroom, 30, is an Electronic Product Coordinator.

Matthew and Erica first met seven years ago, but their relationship didn't truly blossom until a ski trip brought them together in February of 2009.

The bride on how her man popped the question:

"Matt had taken me to a jewelry store the night before he proposed, to see what kind of ring that I wanted. I was having such a good time telling him exactly what I wanted that I didn't notice him telling the sales lady to make sure that she paid attention. The next night we were in bed and he proposed with the ring that I described to the him in the store. I was surprised for sure!"
