Biden Mistakenly Thanks 'Dr Pepper' At Iowa Campaign Stop (VIDEO)

Posted: Updated:

Vice President Biden once again proved that he's America's goofy uncle when he mistakenly referred to Scott Community College President Dr. Theresa Paper as "Dr Pepper."

The gaffe occurred on Wednesday at a campaign stop in Davenport, Iowa. In Biden's speech, which focused on manufacturing, he said that Mitt Romney is "consistently wrong" when it comes to economic policies. The VP has recently been hitting the trail hard ahead of November's election.

Biden isn't the only member of the Executive Office to have a gaffe this week. President Obama was on Monday caught on camera telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he would "have more flexibility" to talk about contentious issues after the election.
