SPF 15 daily, avoid sun between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. and agree with Dr. Marcus - natural soap and exercise.

Neutrogena is a great product however it is a product for younger skin. Perhaps up to age 30. Beyond that, one needs to use Tretonin and other products that are more aggressive.

I'm already using Tretonin and I'm 25, I think it's awesome for acne AND preventing wrinkles (with sunscreen of course)
