Ashton Kutcher Buys His Hollywood Hills Rental (PHOTOS)

Not wanting teen heart-throb Justin Bieber to be the second person in the past few months to boot him out of the house (wife Demi Moore being the first, of course), "Three and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher made a grab for his checkbook once he heard Bieber had been sniffing around Kutcher's rental Hollywood Hills home that was for sale.

Kutcher and Bieber both appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and discussed the transaction. Kutcher joked: "I had to buy the house because I thought he was going to buy it out from under me. I was like 'I don't want to lose this house.' He forced me to buy a house."

The five-bedroom property had been listed for sale initially at $12 million, then lowered to $10.8 million. The sales price remains undisclosed, although public record shows the property changed hands March 21.
