Pay For Women's Basketball Coaches Lags Far Behind That Of Men's Coaches

Women's college sports have changed enormously since the adoption of Title IX in 1972. More teams are being fielded and more athletes are participating, and overall visibility and popularity have increased exponentially.

But there is at least one area where women’s teams still lag significantly behind: coaches’ compensation.
