This month, Details magazine featured the ten sexiest new restaurants in America, and San Francisco's Wo Hing General Store -- the latest project of success siren Charles Phan -- made the cut.
The cool, stark atmosphere of Wo Hing General Store might lead some to scratch their heads (sexy?), but by Details' description ("where to see and be seen") Wo Hing definitely measures up. Details even noted the restaurant's "raucous fun" and Sichuan-style spin among its award-winning assets. (Asian fusion, have mercy!)
San Francisco has been better known for its comfy-cozy environments than its sexy atmospheres, but it seems as though times are a-changing in SF. Last week, 25 Lusk –- the sceney, un-San Francisco restaurant that has maintained solid popularity -– was rated one of the hottest restaurants in America by Open Table.
