'Swamp People': Secret Bait For Alligators Is Raw Goat Lungs

Creativity can help in almost every line of work, and rookies Austyn and Blake used some of their own while hunting for alligators on "Swamp People" (Thu., 9 p.m. ET on History). Despite what they described as a smell they couldn't describe, the pair were confident that raw goat lungs would be the key to success on the hunt.

And they were proven right, when the stinky delicacy -- to alligators at least -- helped them score an 8-foot gator. They looked to be a good team, too, as they proved they're on the same page intellectually, even when they can't hear one another over the motor of their boat.

A call of, "if we put that secret bait on, they can’t help themselves" was answered with "what you’re saying is, the gators just can’t help themselves from the secret bait." In other words, the gators like the secret bait.
