Just when Lindsay Lohan thought she was all in the clear after four years of probation, morgue duty and courtroom drama, the 25-year-old actress has been accused of battery. TMZ reports that a woman filed a complaint Saturday night at the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department, alleging that Lohan punched her in the back after she began talking to the actress's male friend while at LA hotel-club The Standard.
But Lohan denies fighting with the woman, claiming she had not left her house that night. Meanwhile, a rep for the "Mean Girls" actress issued this statement: "Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame."
Lohan is currently under investigation. The alleged altercation occurred on Thursday night, making it less than two weeks since Lohan had been deemed officially free of formal probation, on March 29.
"You need to live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work," Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan on her final day.
