Lately, Leakes has been making guest appearances on television, suggesting a possible shift into acting, while she spoke on the show with her business partner about opening up a lounge.
Perhaps she's hoping to follow in the footsteps of Bethenny Frankel toward fame and success after a popular run on a "Housewives" franchise, albeit in a very different direction.
And maybe it's a good time to move on, with sites like Buddy TV and The Stir describing the season as "lackluster" and one "in which nothing happened."
In fact, as pointed out by HitFix, NeNe getting divorced from Greg was only mentioned in the on-screen epilogues, meaning one of the most interesting things of the season was relegated to a sentence of text. Next week, maybe things will heat up again at the reunion. And maybe NeNe's future plans will be revealed.
