Philippe Loret, French Plumber, Claims To Be Hitler's Grandson (PHOTO)

The Huffington Post  |  By Posted: 04/10/2012 12:43 pm Updated: 04/17/2012 11:39 am

Forty years ago, Philippe Loret's father, Jean-Marie, told his son and six other children some shocking news: that they were the grandchildren of Adolf Hitler.

According to the Daily Mail, this is the first time 56-year-old Loret has spoken publicly about his father's revelation, after decades of secrecy.

While his father passed away in 1985, Loret's lawyer, Francois Gibault, presented new evidence that could substantiate the claims: Loret's father reportedly has the same blood type as Hitler, similar handwriting, and army papers that show German officers brought Loret's grandmother envelopes of money during World War II.

Jean-Marie Loret allegedly said that his mother, Charlotte Lobjoie, told him he was conceived in June of 1917 when she -- then 16-years-old -- had a brief relationship with the future dictator while he was on leave in the French town of Fournes-in-Weppe.

Speaking with the Telegraph, Loret said the secret has weighed heavily on him over the years.

"In order not to get depressed, I worked non-stop, never took a holiday, and had no hobbies," Loret told the Telegraph. "For twenty years I didn't even go to the cinema."

Loret also told the paper that, after Charlotte died, he found paintings in her attic that were signed by Hitler, who was known to have had aspirations of being a painter.

As the years have passed, Loret has gradually accepted his ancestry, even hanging photos of the Fuhrer on his walls, and as TMZ reports, owning a German Shepherd.

"It's not my fault that I ended up as his grandson, or that all the things happened during the war," Loret told the Daily Mail. "... What he did has nothing to do with me. He will always be family for me."

By the way, his father was conceived in WW1 when Hitler was serving as a young bike messanger. Hitler spent a lot of time alone and was very sickly, I don't see him having an opportunity to rape anyone.
We forget that monsters were once young, and that it wasn't inevitible that they would get to where they did.

Some similar facial features. Hotsy totsy, another Nazi or not? What are his politics? He should market his Hitler paintings and retire on the French Riviera.

I read that he completely disagrees with Nazi policy but goes by the old standard "He is my family" line as a way of somewhat justifying the fact that he has portraits in his house of Hitler. Almost like Martin Bormann's son, who became a Jesuit Priest in his early 20's, renounced everything his parents taught him, yet still professed that he loved his father.

National Socialism, Nazism, is considered right-wing according to any legitimate political scale, while Communism is left-wing.
Capitalist-democracies are right wing and socialist democracies are left wing.
Right-wing does not mean anti-government, it could mean anti-government (libertarian). But left-wing can be anti-government to (anarchists).
Nazism is built off of patriotism and knowing your place in the socio-economic order (a right-wing phenomena), while Communism is built off of class warfare.

Yes, he was a national socialist alright, but he did show extreme patriotism to a country he wasn't even born in. Hitler certainly didn't care for the communist regimes & what's kind of funny is the fact that just as WWII was winding down, General Patton mentioned that we (the allied powers), just replaced national socialism for communism. Now of course if the Nazis did win the war, communism would most likely cease to exist along with the millions of so-called "undesirables" that did not contribute to his master plan. Now who knows how much better or worse the world would have been if the war ended that way. Very hard to say, even historians to this day still try to debate out how things would have turned out 70 years into the future after WWII. It is interesting nevertheless.
In my opinion, I believe all religions, homosexuality, mental patients, capitalism, communism, democracy, & various races, would most likely be either put away in a corner of the world where they (National Socialists) would not have to deal with it or have them exterminated altogether. One thing is for sure, the Cuban missile crisis, Vietnam, the Cold War, Al Queda (basically the whole Middle East crap), North Korea, are all things you or I would never have missed.

If he wants to get on the History Channel now, he needs to claim to be the grandson a space alien (as predicted by Nostradamus).

Maybe Philippe Loret's father, Jean-Marie, just thought the kids were evil and got pissed off at them.
