'Auction Hunters': Allen And Ton Find 200-Year Old Dueling Pistols And Try Them Out (VIDEO)

Firing 200-Year Old Dueling Pistols On 'Auction Hunters'

So what if they're over 200-years-old? If anyone finds a pair of dueling pistols, they're going to want to try them out. So that's exactly what Allen and Ton did when they took "Auction Hunters" (Wed., 9 p.m. ET on Spike) to New Orleans and found the pistols.

The guys didn't use the guns for exactly what they were intended, obviously, though a high noon faceoff would have been impressive. Maybe if they'd been filming in Texas. Instead, they did some outdoor target practice.

There, the two century old guns proved they still had it, both in firing power and aim. They were certainly well crafted and well maintained for how old they were. The performance helped them score an offer of $7,500 for the pair of them. It was an offer too good to refuse.

See what they find next on "Auction Hunters," Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Spike.
