Colbert The Word

When Stephen Colbert read an article stating that military spouses face an unemployment rate more than three times the national average, he knew he needed to step in and lend a hand.

So he dedicated Wednesday night's "The Word" segment on "The Colbert Report" to his proposed solution. The troops and their families make up only 1% of the US population, and Colbert joked that they're not the same 1% that belongs to his tennis club. So how do we know who in our communities is related to a soldier?
