The coast was almost completely clear for one thief pillaging a Florida hotel room.
Even though a woman didn't see anyone coming as she took a television set, curtains, bed linen, rugs, picture frames, iron, ironing board and trash can from Tampa's Sabal Suite, there were still eyes on her.
Security cameras recorded her movements as she tried several doors last month before ducking into a room under renovation where she removed more than $700 of items, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
It took her several trips to make off with the haul.
Police are looking for the woman seen wearing a blue tank top and shorts who wanders up and down a hotel hallway on March 21. She's described as being in her twenties and wore her hair in a ponytail. Although the theft occurred last month, police only recently released the video and asked for assistance.
Anyone who can help identify this woman or knows someone with a recently decorated home resembling a hotel bedroom is asked to call the Crime Stoppers hotline 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
