You Told Us: How Far Is Too Far With Pre-Wedding Dieting?

While pre-wedding diets may not be new to the wedding world, brides are now resorting to horrifyingly extreme measures to shed pounds quickly before they say "I do."

Last Thursday, The New York Times reported on a Florida bride who had a feeding tube inserted into her nose that reached down through her esophagus to drip a liquid diet of 800 hundred calories per day into her stomach for 10 days.

Meanwhile, other brides are trying extreme cleanses, vitamin injections and crash diets in order to lose weight before tying the knot.

These diets seemed way over-the-top to us, but we wondered if this is the "new normal." We polled the Twitterverse to find out if any of you were as shocked by these weight loss tactics as we were.
