Samuel L. Jackson Stars In New iPhone Commercial (VIDEO)

Siri, how do you get these mother******* snakes off this mother******* plane?

Okay, it doesn't quite go like that, but it's still pretty awesome.

The one-and-only Samuel L. Jackson channels the culinary arts in a new iPhone ad that's popping up on "Sports Center," Jeff Cormier of Digital Deconstruction noted on Monday.

The ad, available above, features the "Pulp Fiction" star using Apple's much-touted personal assistant to help him prepare a dinner of gazpacho and risotto for date night.

While this is his first iPhone commercial, the actor is by no means a novice when it comes to Apple's handset. After all, there's iSamJackson, the iPhone (and iPad and Android) soundboard app featuring Jackson's unmistakable voice.

(But here's the real question: Does Siri know what they call a quarter-pounder with cheese in France?)

We've seen both AT&T and Verizon versions of the Jackson ad. Macstories notes that it's part of a "Siri and celebrities” campaign, which also includes a Sprint ad with Zooey Deschanel.

The quirky performer's Siri spot has also been spotted sporting the AT&T logo (seen below).

The new iPhone commercials are horrible and would have never been greenlighted by Jobs. Zooey and her tomato soup? Samuel L. Jackson and "date night? How incredibly lame. The first Apple commercials I've ever seen that are instantly tired and make me not want their products.

I have to agree with the begining of this. They could have had Sam Jackson say so many more great things!! haha Here's another great review with the same feel. http://youtu.be/CFMG9mPBeSQ

What a waste of talent. What happen to all the creative advertising minds at Apple. The commercial was so boring it almost made me want to go buy a Nokia Lumia 900.

I was hoping for "What country are you from?"
and Siri answering "What?"

Siri has been a great tool. Worth the upgrade alone for this feature.
I have tried voice activated phone systems before, and they never worked for me.
Siri is really accurate.
I wonder what they plan for it when it comes out of Beta?

Where do I begin? With a laugh. This is pure desperation for a feature that has already been debunked. Siri were can I get anewkrackpipe?

I was laughing too - extremely entertaining. Unless you're hooked on commercials about phones flying through the air at the speed of light, fighting giant robots.
