Beth Troutman: 'The Moment I Knew I Wanted To Marry My Spouse' (VIDEO)

How Laugh Lines Helped Me Realize I Wanted To Marry My Husband

Beth Troutman, host of the nationally syndicated news show "Right This Minute", recently shared the story of the moment she knew she wanted to marry her husband. It didn't include fireworks or a marching band; Troutman's moment happened suddenly one night when her boyfriend smiled at her.

Troutman, who is from North Carolina, was a congressional candidate before she became a journalist and national television host. In the past, Troutman has hosted Charlotte’s local morning show, "Fox News Rising," and "The Balancing Act" on Lifetime Television, a show designed to help women balance their increasingly busy lives.

Troutman's video is part of a site-wide series on The Huffington Post, "The Moment I Knew," which asks users to submit short videos of themselves sharing life-changing moments. Here at HuffPost Weddings, we asked readers to tell us the moment they knew they wanted to marry their spouse.
