4/20 Rally At University Of Colorado-Boulder Meets Opposition From School With Fish-Based Fertilizer

April 20, aka 4/20, is a day celebrated among marijuana-users, especially at the University of Colorado-Boulder, where school officials have tried to stop a rally in support of the pot-friendly date.


Last year, 10,000 people showed up for a giant marijuana rally at the University of Colorado-Boulder, and school officials don't want it to happen again.

They got a helping hand from a judge yesterday, who supported the university's plan to bar outsiders from its campus on 4/20, a hallowed day for pot smokers. And officials took things a step further, blanketing Norlin Quadrangle -- which has played host to the event in the past -- with a smelly, fish-based fertilizer.
