3.9 Earthquake Shakes The OC, Residents Don't Freak Out

A 3.9 magnitude earthquake near San Juan Capistrano, Calif. rattled residents in Orange County at 10:37 a.m. Monday morning.

The epicenter of the temblor was several miles north of the San Onofre Power Plant, but there were no reports of damage, according to the Los Angeles Times.

"Even though it was a quick, small earthquake, it's a good reminder that you should be prepared and have a plan in case we do get a large, damaging earthquake," said Marc Stone of the Orange County Fire Authority to ABC Los Angeles
