The president of a fraternity at San Diego State University was found dead on campus on Friday.
Barzeen Barzanji was a 20-year-old junior at the school. His body was discovered at the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity house. Barzanji was not a member of that particular fraternity, but the president of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at SDSU. At press time, no cause of death has been released, but police say they do not suspect foul play.
Barzanji was a criminal justice major, who also worked as a server at P.F. Changs.
SDSU President Elliot Hirshman released a statement that he was "deeply saddened" by the news of Barzanji's death.
"What a beautiful person. That guy...no real word to describe him because he was so awesome in so many different ways," his friend Levi Jacob told an NBC San Diego.
