As women, every part of our outfit should make us feel great. Whether it's our skirt, shoes, belt or bra, it should be comfortable and make us feel like a million bucks.
Which is why whenever I put on underwear that is uncomfortable and pinches my hips, I immediately ball them up and toss them out. So when I came upon Hanky Panky back in 2000, I bought 20 pairs of their low-rise lace thongs. The band at the waist is two inches wide and sits very nicely on my skin, which means there are no unsightly lumps caused by underthings that look (and feel) like tooth floss. A loyal fan, I wear their lace boy shorts to bed and their thongs are my daily staple.
Created in 1977 by designer Gale Epstein, the original version of the knickers were made out of embroidered handkerchiefs, hence the name. These days the underwear is a soft blend of cotton and nylon so the product is one-size-fits-all and comes in a variety of fun colors. Are you ready to give your lingerie drawer a boost?
