Sara Paxton: 'Excited About Spending My Birthday In The Homeland Of My Mother's Family' (EXCLUSIVE)

Half-Mexican actress Sara Paxton , star of "The InnKeepers" and "Sydney White", turns 24 today. The actress shared her birthday plans exclusively with The Huffington Post.

“I am excited about spending my birthday in Mexico,” said Paxton, whose mother is Mexican.“This is the first time I am able to spend my birthday in the homeland of my mother’s family.”

Paxton, who resides in L.A. where she was born and raised, is currently in Mexico filming her new movie “I Brake For Gringos.”

“It’s a great time for me,” the blue-eyed actress added. “With the release of "The InnKeepers" and getting to do this film, “I Brake For Gringos” in beautiful Puerta Vallarta. I feel really lucky.”
