Joan Rivers plays Betty White's twin sister on "Hot In Cleveland"

Joan Rivers (age 78) stopped by "Hot In Cleveland" (Wed., 10 p.m. ET on TV Land) for a guest spot in which she played Elka's (Betty White, age 90) estranged twin sister.

Of course, the pair look nothing alike, so, riffing on River's legendary love affair with plastic surgery, Elka asked her sister: "What have you done to our face?"

To which Rivers replied:"Me? What about you? Natural ageing? Disgusting!"

So, what had happened to the famous Ostrovsky neck freckle? "Please," joked Rivers. "After five facelifts, it's on my forehead!"

"Hot In Cleveland" airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land.
