'Make It Or Break It' Series Finale May 14: Show Will End After Its Third Season Finale

"Make It Or Break It" ending this season.

It's all come tumbling down for ABC Family's "Make It Or Break It" (Mondays at 9 p.m. ET).

The network has revealed that the current third season will be the last for the gymnastics-centric drama, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed. The Season 3 finale, which is scheduled to air on May 14, will be its final episode.

On Twitter, "Make It Or Break It" creator Holly Sorensen confirmed the cancellation and hoped for a movie, or a reverse decision.


Fans have already begun a petition on Twitter to get the show back. One "Make It Or Break It" star, Nicole Anderson, who plays Kelly Parker, spoke out on Twitter as well.

"Make It Or Break It," which had 2.5 million viewers tune into its series premiere in 2009, only had 1.5 million for its Season 3 premiere.

ABC Family has plenty of new series for the upcoming TV season, including "Bunheads," which takes on ballet, and "Baby Daddy," starring Tahj Mowry.

"Make It Or Break It" airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC Family. Its final episode will air on May 14.
