Much like the NCAA Tournament, the NBA Playoffs often comes down to X-factors. Which team has that one guy either off the bench or in the starting lineup that can change the pace of a game? Last season, reserve guard J.J. Barea single-handedly changed the tenor of the Finals against Miami with his darting drives into the lane and ability to knock down shots. Do the 2012 NBA Playoffs offer us another Barea? Here are the 16 best candidates, one for each team of course.
