Food photographer Ilian Iliev has created a beautiful series of photographs that feature beautifully, and intricately, carved fruits and vegetables. While many of the photographs are so stunning thanks to their simplicity -- the carvings are purposeful but not overdone -- Iliev can certainly get pretty detailed as well (make sure to check out the last slide).
