Mistie Atkinson Had Sex With 16-Year-Old Son, Faces Incest Charges, Cops Say

Mistie Atkinson is accused of having sex with her 16-year-old biological son several times, and videotaping the crime.

A Nice, Calif. woman faces incest charges after she allegedly had sex with her 16-year-old biological son.

Police said they found Mistie Atkinson with the boy in a hotel room in March as they were serving a warrant, the Napa Valley Register reported.

Atkinson pleaded not guilty on March 9 to incest and oral copulation of a minor among other charges.

Napa police said that videos captured on the boy's phone show Atkinson allegedly performing oral sex and having sexual intercourse with the teen in February. She's also accused of sending sexually explicit images to the boy electronically.

"Atkinson and the victim are aware they are biological mother and son," cops said in a release.

The boy's father, who has sole custody, obtained a restraining order against Atkinson, The Weekly Vice reported.

Atkinson is being held on $200,000 bail until her next hearing on May 10.

Everyone is condemning what Mistie did and yet no one has stopped to think why did she give birth to a child at 16 years old? And what age did the child’s father have when she got pregnant?
I don’t think it’s normal a 16 year old girl to have a child, besides she hasn’t seen him since she was 18. There is more to this than what can be read in the news.

Seriously? She's 32. There's no excuse for that. She's 32, having sex with a minor, and that minor is her son. Pregnant at 16 does not excuse that kind of behavior.

What do you want her to do? Deny her incestious feelings for her son and just ... stay in the closet so to speak? Is it her fault she finds him attractive? Seems pretty hypocritical coming from a nation that prides itself on its ability to practice and demonstrate tolerance. You love who you love. It's her human right and her civil right to express that the way she chooses to do so. Don't you think the government and we the public should just stay out of people's bedrooms or hotel rooms or wherever they happen to get the urge to merge, unless of course they invite us to join them?

While I may not agree with this type of lifestyle, (definitely not for me) who am I or who are you or who are any of us to judge. Doesn't the Bible even tell us not to judge lest we be judged? We're not God and I'm sure God loves them anyway, just the way they are. After all, what gives us the right to impose our 1950's "milk-n-cookies" morality on them. Times change. People change. This isn't Ike and Mamie Eisenhower's America anymore. Why be intolerant about this woman's sexual choice? How's it hurting either me or you personally? What's the problem with people being allowed to do what makes them happy as long as they're not hurting anybody else? Live and let live. No harm no foul, don't you think?

Noticed it applies to UNDER 16. Not 16 and under.
Also what do you think my comment is referring too? I do not support incest. It was to make you think. These are many of the same arguments the gay community uses to support thier cause.
