Glen Davis' Baby Daughter, Amari, Steals Show At Postgame Conference After Magic-Pacers Game 3 (VIDEO)

Glen Davis
Glen Davis' daughter Amari stole the show at his postgame press conference following a Game 3 loss to Indiana.

Orlando Magic forward Glen "Big Baby" Davis was understandably gloomy following a 23-point thrashing at the hands of the Indiana Pacers in Game 3 on Wednesday. But during his postgame press conference, he brought along with him the ultimate pick-me-up, his adorable one-year-old daughter Amari.

Fortunately for "Big Baby," his baby girl stole the show, creating a cute distraction for her father. After the 6-9 forward tried quieting her down, Amari grabbed a piece of paper on the table and made some noise crumpling it up.

"Is that how you feel?" Davis asked jokingly to Amari, drawing a few laughs from reporters.

Then Amari finally got tired of the questions, started banging on the table until Davis asked the media if there were any questions for her.

She's cute, but can't they do something with that child's hair?

What's wrong with her hair ? That's natural for African-Americans !

Kinky yes, but not sticking out all over the place. They put little braids and little barrettes, or little beads... None the less, they do more with their hair, that white people do. Maybe they have more pride in how their children look, or something, IDK. But that poor baby's hair is sticking out all over.

What would/should you 'do' to a one year old's hair?

Cut it. Brush it. Put barrettes in it. Braid it. Put ribbons/bows in it. But don't leave it all sticking out and frowzy. She's so cute, too!

I can see why he wanted to hold her, who would ever want to put her down. Awwww, she stole my heart. Those years pass so quickly, don't let work force you to miss those moments.

Dan LeBatard had a funny observation about the baby's antics on his show today. He said something along the lines that the baby made the best move of the day when he crumpled up the Magics stat sheet and threw it down. The Magics were so putrid that the baby was wise enough to be repulsed by the stat sheet and quickly and emphatically crumpled it up!
