The Royal Thai Embassy is one of forty participating embassies in the Around the World Embassy Tour.
WASHINGTON -- Passport DC begins this weekend with the Around the World Embassy Tour. More than 40 embassies will open their doors for tours, food, dancing, classes and more, all with the express purpose of trying to get you to visit their country. Think of it as one big, not very pushy time-share pitch.
Interested parties will travel throughout Northwest D.C.'s diplomatic quarters, popping in and out of each embassy free of charge.
For a full list of participating embassies and what most embassies are offering, visit the Cultural Tourism site.
