Brandi Glanville Earns Full-Time 'Housewives' Status Despite Rumors

Don't believe the rumors. Despite the fact that Brandi Glanville's children will not be featured on the forthcoming season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Brandi has graduated to full-time housewives status.

“Bravo signed up Brandi, not her children,” an insider tells me. “They love her personality and willingness to talk freely about anything without having to consult managers and PR agents. She for sure will be a full-time Housewife next season. Filming is going so well she might end up being the new star of the show.”

There was talk last week that Bravo had yanked Brandi's "Housewives" status after her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, and his new wife, LeAnn Rimes, would not let the former couple's two sons, Jake and Mason, be part of the show.

“In fact the opposite is true," the insider continued. "In the past, cast members have tried so hard to get their kids on camera to make them famous and it has never worked out. You never see Adrianne Maloof’s children and whenever the story line has focused on the kids, it has become dull very quickly. Anyone that tells you they do not want to be part of the show because they are protecting their children is simply not telling you the truth.”

Brandi even took to Twitter to address the rumors: "Funny no one really knew or knows my work status and after on talk woith [sic] my ex husband its splattered all over the internet #leakmuch?"

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season three is taping now and is expected to air later this year.
