It always amazes me how women can leech off of men the way they do and still think of themselves as equals.

Did you miss the $20k/ month that Kevin F is being paid?

I feel that all of this could be settled if courts would insist that each parent sit down with a mediator and hash out what they both feel is best for the child (ren). Child support is a 20 plus year venture that requires input from both parents. There will be a few that would pay a little more but there has to be a cap. Set the limits based on the area in which the child lives based on an average cost to raise a child. If the mom or dad gets a nanny to care for the child her or she can work. The sad thing is a lot of these people get a taste of a certain lifestyle connected with a former lover or spouse and want it to continue.

What child needs $50,000 a month? That's more than many people's annual salaries. That money isn't going to the kids, it's going to the gold diggers.

True, but child support is rarely "for the children". If it were there would be requirements to prove it was used for support of the child/children. The recipient can spend it however she/he likes. The kids could receive just the minimum of subsistence and care as far as the courts are concerned. It's less about the kids and more about appearing to "be fair".

The child is supposed to have the same standard of living as the child the father had with Salma. This guy has Billions of dollars- $50K a month is chump change to him and he should gladly give it to his kid. I feel sorry for a lower middle class guy who has to really struggle to make his child support payment, but not a Billionaire. Giving $50K a month for his son isn't going to change Pinault's lifestyle one bit, and he will still have plenty of money in the bank for a rainy day-about 11 Billion dollars!

Why would he need to pay her that much to have a 24 hour nanny, clearly she's not a mother and he should be seeking custody.

I hope Linda was worth it.
A beautiful call girl is cheaper and no agro either.

Most men these days either grew up in a broken home, or have an uncle, brother, or friend with a failed marriage. They no longer see an incentive to marry. All they see is the downside.

And men are waking up. Marriage rates are down, birthrates are down. A search for the phrases "no good men left" and "no good women left" had a result ratio of about 20:1. Women are still looking, men, not so much. Besides, the milk is free now.

Any amount of CS that exceeds the child's actual needs are simply ridiculous! We've got to stand up and fight against this excessive child support. It's supposed to be support for the child; each parent contributes 50/50. There is no way any child support should be over $1500 mo, with that amount decreasing as the child get's older. These judges should start getting sued over the amount of money they are awarding these women!!!!! And in K Feds case....awarding men. Sorry dude, no way should a judge have given you $20k a month in CS.

Any idea how much private school tuition can run? What about the kind of house the child lives in? What about the kinds of lessons that children of the wealthy usually take, everything from golf to horseback riding?

Is it fair for the child of a multimillionaire to go from family vacations in Paris and London to a few days at Atlantic City because his father got tired of his mother?

The goal is generally for the child to continue to have the same type of life and opportunities that he would have had if the marriage stayed intact. Anything else is punishing the child for the parents' weaknesses. The children of each marriage should be treated equally. It's about the children, not the mothers and fathers.

So a child NEEDS vacations in Paris? A child NEEDS horseback rides and Golf? A child needs a huge house to survive? What nonsense, even worse is these women usually gets millions in assets and property PLUS child support then the father is likely STILL COMING OUT OF POCKET ANYWAY!!! You really think that 43,000 a month is going just to the kids? HAHAHA!!!!

Very sad k fed getting $20k a month from his wife. Never marry because over half end in divorce so you lose half ur bank account. Marriage leads to kids which cost like $100,000 from 0 to 20 years plus college.

Hey, child support has nothing to do with marriage. Even if the parents never married the kid deserves to be supported based on the parent's income...male or female.

In the realms of divorce, apparently there is a war on men...
