A series of videos shot by Colton Harris-Moore, the once-elusive "Barefoot Bandit" who led authorities on a two-year international manhunt, have been obtained by Seattle's KOMO News.
They were taken by Harris-Moore, a self-taught pilot, while flying airplanes, driving a car and playing with a laser light in a heavily wooded area, according to the news station's website. There are seven videos in all, totaling about 45 minutes.
Harris-Moore, a native of Camano Island, Wash., was captured in the Bahamas on July 11, 2010, after a high-speed boat chase. He earned his nickname for pulling off his crimes without shoes, amassing a huge Internet fan following along the way.
Following his arrest, a shackled and shoeless Harris-Moore was deported to the U.S., where he was investigated by nine states for dozens of unsolved crimes, including the theft of a $450,000 yacht and several airplanes.

Barefoot Bandit
In December 2011, Harris-Moore, 20, was sentenced to seven years in prison for burglary, identity theft and other offenses. Per the terms of a plea deal, he agreed to pay more than $1 million in restitution to his victims. Following his court hearing, Harris-Moore's mother, Pamela Kohler, told The Huffington Post that her son was doing well behind bars.
"We stay in contact [via] phone and letters. He is doing good. He plays soccer a lot and has to wear shoes now. No more bare feet," she said.
