We should be exfoliating our faces to get rid of dead skin cells, dry patches and unevenness; this we know. But how often? And how intensely? And which products are best for which skin type? Seems obvious but a lot of us overdo it with face scrubs, either rubbing too vigorously or using them too often (or conversely, not enough).
