Corona Trailer Loaded With Beer Is Stolen In Penn.

Police in central Pennsylvania are searching for a missing beer trailer loaded with about 1,800 cases of Corona.

CARLISLE, Pa. -- Somebody is a few thousand limes away from one big party.

Police in central Pennsylvania are searching for a missing beer trailer loaded with about 1,800 cases of Corona.

Carlisle police say the trailer was stolen from a distributor sometime between Friday and Monday. Corona is a popular Mexican beer, and Saturday marked Cinco de Mayo, which celebrates Mexican heritage and pride and is an occasion for festivals and parties throughout the U.S.

Anyone with information on the trailer's whereabouts is asked to call the Carlisle police. The missing trailer is registered to Metcalf Trucking and has Maine tags.

News Reporter: A missing Corona truck was found today after it smashed through a garage on Hill Rd. Witnesses say a man yelled "Beer Delivery, Steve!!" before accidentally back through the mans garage. Two men were arrested, one was shared with DUI and stealing the truck, the other only with theft of the truck. Officer Markwell said one of the men asked him "If (he) could just drive it over to Moecri Ln. to show Holly that drinking HELPED (him) land a job with Corona"

That's a whole lot a beer.
Stealing a whole tractor trailer loaded with beer isn't petty theft,....hahaha! It's more than likely a mafia style theft. They had to disable a GPS device more than likely, unload and reload the beer in a warehouse with fork lift machines and then distribute the beer to safe places where they could sell it safely, quietly. Strip clubs and big city nightclubs having cinco de mayo parties in several one weekend big bashes.

That's risky, lots of evidence, lots of cases and bottles to destroy. Lot numbers.

About 3 hours later I heard a truck load of lime was stolen about 1 mile from the Corona truck. Hmm, I wonder if both crimes are connected.
