Brent Kellogg Watched Porn In McDonald's Dining Room, Police Report

The conventional wisdom about being a fugitive is that it's best to keep a low profile if you don't want to get caught.

Police say Brent Kellogg did just the opposite on Monday, when he pulled out his laptop and started watching pornography at a McDonald's in Roswell, Ga. He is a convicted sex offender who failed to register as such. That's a violation of his parole, according to Roswell Patch.

WSBTV reports that an off-duty sheriff's deputy saw what he thought might be a lewd image on Kellogg's computer.

The deputy told the restaurant's manager, who told police she saw a picture of a "'young girl,' most likely in her teens, wearing only a bra," according to Patch.

Kellogg fled when police approached him, but he was arrested after a brief chase and charged with obstruction, police said.

The story deeply troubled one of the restaurant's customers, according to MYFOX Atlanta.

"Wherever there's kids, they're gonna be," the customer said. "It frightens me very much for my children's safety."

I see comments here saying it isn't porn, the girl had on a bra etc. Let me tell you something. If I saw my daughter's pic (she's 13) on some Ahole's computer at McDonald's (or anywhere), I'd want to kill that MF. Yes, that IS porn but maybe for some of you it's not porn as long as it's someone else's daughter.

If you see someone viewing porn in a public arena, before you report it, shout and point! Make sure everyone in hearing and viewing distance knows what is going on. We have become too polite, and forgotten that social shunning is a masterful tool when laws are of no help.
